Our Team

From dental hygienists, dental assistants and our front office staff, we show that the best customer experience comes from a genuine care and concern. Our goal is to ensure every appointment is comfortable, relieves any discomfort and gives you the smile you've always wanted!   Together our team has over 150 years of experience.

Louis is a graduate of the University of New Orleans.  He then completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry and is a member of the American Dental Association.   He works with his patients to create a plan to correct any issues and then preserve long term health.  His hobbies include golf, running and coaching youth sports.  He enjoys spending time with his wife and also loves following his 3 boys and their endeavors.  Dr Passauer is a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) for Dentsply Sirona, Visiting Faculty for CDOCS.com, and has lectured too many different dental organizations and for several dental companies. 

Darnelle is from New Orleans and a graduate of Holy Angels High School.  She also graduated from  Louisiana State University School of Dental Hygiene.  She moved to the Northshore 35 years ago, raising her 4 kids and now enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.

Kim is a graduate of Destrehan High School and then graduated from  Louisiana State University School of Dental Hygiene.  She moved to the Northshore 19 years ago.  She enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children.

Val graduated from Louisiana State University School of Dental Hygiene almost 25 years ago.  She began her professional career with Dr Passauer in 2001 and worked for our office for 4 years.  She has now returned to our office and enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children.

Lisa was raised on the Westbank of New Orleans.  She is a graduate of Immaculata High School.  She has been involved in Dentistry for 25 years spending the majority of those years working on the Northshore.  During her career she also taught in a dental assisting school.

Ashleigh has spent most of her life on the Northshore and is a Mandeville High graduate.  She recently graduated from Delta College Dental Assisting Program.  She enjoys time with her husband, daughter and her labradoodle.

Karsyn has lived on the Northshore her whole life.  She came to Dr Passauer right out of Dental Assisting School and has learned plenty in regards too assisting in Digital Dentistry, including working towards Digital Dental Certifications from CDOCS.  She enjoys spending time with her family and her dog.
